In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, Zemobile, S.L. (“Zemobile”) would like to inform all the users of the Internet Portal www.zemobile.com (the “User” and the “Portal”) regarding the Protection Policy of Personal Data (Data Protection Policy) by which the User decides freely and voluntarily whether he/she wishes to provide Zemobile with the personal data requested of him/her during subscription or utilization of services being offered by Zemobile on the occasion that the User visits the website or the use of its features (Personal Data).

These services can contain particular conditions with specific provisions on the subject of Personal Data Protection, in the event of any inconsistency this Data Protection Policy shall prevail.

Personal Data Collection, Purposes and Transfers

The collection of personal data, on the Portal, where appropriate, shall be processed and incorporated into the relevant files in which Zemobile is responsible at its registered office in C/ Diputació 39 Int., Local 7B (08015) of Barcelona (the Files) are being registered at the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

The information that are requested from the User at the time of subscription or registration for the use of services, where appropriate, presented by Zemobile/or through the Portal are required unless otherwise stated.

Data Processing Purposes

Without prejudice that the other purposes indicate at the time of data acquisition, the process (including transfers) of Personal Data is intended to allow the User to subscribe and/or use the different services being presented by Zemobile on/or by the portal as well as monitoring the compliance of the User to the Legal Notice of the portal.

Under Age Users

None of the services offered on the Portal is directed to children under the age of 18.

Linked Sites

The portal can make available technical measures of linkage that permit the Users to access sites or Internet portals belonging to and/or managed by third parties (Linked Sites).

This Data Protection Policy of the Portal is not applicable to Linked Sites, which are being governed by their own data protection policy of such third parties, in which Zemobile is not involved nor supervise in any way.

Publication of Personal Data on the Portal

The Users may use personal data published on the Portal (including images):

(i) to contact Zemobile for professional purposes activities related to this.
(ii) to the extent necessary for the use of the services offered on the Portal in compliance with the Legal Notice of the Portal.

It is expressly forbidden for the User (1) to use personal data of other users that had access in the event of participating in the services offered on the Portal, as well as (2) reproduction of physical images or any other sort of exploitation of these.

ARCO Requests

The owner of personal data should direct their requests of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition at C/ Diputació 39 Int., Local 7B (08015) of Barcelona or to the email address (hola@zemobile.com), indicating in both cases, PERSONAL DATA as reference and the right it claims for appropriate action, enclosing a copy of his/her National Identity Document.
